How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Inchesdestroy Floor Coating deserves fair treatment. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page explains how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • How a call or message with Inchesdestroy Floor Coating was handled
  • How your personal data was used or protected
  • Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
  • The conduct of a provider we referred you to

If a Provider Let You Down

The providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, start by telling the provider in writing, and keep copies of what you send.

Please let us know too. Your feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Inchesdestroy Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or speak for a provider.

How to Send Your Complaint

Write to contact@inchesdestroy.living and include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's company name, if you know it
  • A short summary of what happened and what outcome you hope for

What Happens Next

We will confirm we received your message by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may include speaking with the provider. After that, we will share what we found and what we plan to do.

If You Are Still Not Satisfied

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or a local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
