Inchesdestroy Floor Coating does not have staff who visit homes or coat floors. When you reach out, you are put in touch with an independent provider in our network. That provider is a local business. It answers your questions, looks at your floor and gives you a quote.

What a Provider May Ask You

Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider understand the job.

• Where is the floor: a garage, patio, porch or interior room?
• About how big is it?
• Are there stains, cracks, peeling paint or an old coating?
• Does water stand on the slab after rain?
• Do you have photos you can share?

You do not need perfect answers. Describe what you see.

Questions to Put to a Provider

You can ask questions too. Here are a few good ones for a first-timer.

• How will you prepare the slab, and how do you check for moisture?
• Which coating do you suggest for my floor, and why?
• How long before I can walk on it, and park on it?
• What happens if the coating peels or bubbles later?
• Will you put the quote, the materials and the timeline in writing?
• Do you carry your own insurance and any license your work needs?

Ask before you commit. A provider who is happy to explain is a good sign.

Costs and Quotes

Prices vary by job. A coating for a two-car garage might run from a few hundred dollars to a few thousand in typical U.S. ranges. The size of the floor, the condition of the slab and the material all change the number. Get a written quote before any work starts.
